Meet the Owners

Kevin Weber
Kevin Weber has served in the construction materials business for more than 25 years. He started his career as a concrete mixer driver in the early ninety’s and was promoted to plant manager. From there he became the operations manager and then moved into the sales division.
In the early 2000’s, Kevin went to work for a very large publicly traded company Vulcan Materials. From there he went to work for The Shelly Company in both sales and sales management, responsible for thirteen limestone quarries.
In 2016, He started both Weber Ready Mix and Weber Materials. In early 2018, he sold his interest in Weber Ready Mix with a focus as a co-owner and operator of Weber Materials.
Kevin resides locally in Northwest Ohio and coaches both baseball and football and enjoys traveling and staying active with family and friends.

Marc Bader
Marc began his career in construction materials in 1984 as a driver. In his first company, he moved through the ranks from dispatch and batch into sales and operations. In his second company, he continued in sales and operations with management duties of aggregate and stone sales by overseeing three quarries.
Building a solid track record in the industry, Marc caught the attention of and was hired by the Shelly Company where he had several different positions including quarry sales, rail sales and Sales Manager responsibilities.
In 2016 Marc helped start Weber Ready Mix & Weber Materials with his business partner Kevin Weber. Marc sold his interest in Weber Ready Mix in March of 2018 his main focus now is co-owner and operator of Weber Materials.
Born and raised in Lima, Ohio, Marc is happily married to his wife Cheryl of 35 years they have two daughters Amanda and Megan one grandson Brody. He enjoys golf, local sporting events, traveling with the family, and vacations in Florida.
